2x Olssen Of Watervale The Olssen Six Clare Valley Red Blend 2022 - 14.00 Alc
Black with currant red flashes. Fragrant nose displaying sweet red berries with plum and mulberry highlights. Spicy and fruit driven with freshly cut plums along with dark cherry flavours. Soft, savoury tannins and good acid add structure and length to this voluptuous wine. Well-integrated oak provides the perfect backbone with tannins and acid all melting into one another.

2x The Colonial Estate Etranger Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 - 14.00 Alc
Deep crimson purple in colour, Lovely dark rich black fruit on the nose open up to show varietal notes of cassis and blackcurrant as stand out features. Powerful fruit purity and varietal notes cassis and blackberry and blackcurrant dominate while seamless oak and fine tannins provide line and length to this smooth voluptuous wine.

1x Shanahans The Old Dog Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021 - 14.00 Alc
Probably the most full-bodied Old Dog we have seen in recent years which is a reflection of vintage and vineyard source, therefore I suggest allowing it to breathe if drinking in its youth. The dark plum and blackberry carry over from the nose whilst some blueberry, chocolate and liquorice all play alongside each other harmoniously. The finish shows silky-smooth tannins, soft under-lying oak and earthy characters which are pivotal to the balance of this wine. We release this wine to ensure the drink-ability upon release as well as longevity although do suggest allowing this exceptional Shiraz to breathe to truly reflect perfectly who we are and where we are in terms of fruit source and sub regional character from another great Barossa Valley vintage, which celebrates our commitment to the region, traditional winemaking and hands off approach.

2x Tweedies Gully Wines Eriksens Premier Barossa Shiraz 2017 - 15% Alc
Ripe black wild berries and spicy toasty oak raise the curtain to a brooding palate that is almost impossibly fruity and concentrated, 18 months maturation, 75% in new French oak hogsheads and 25% in new fine grain American oak hogsheads, adds layer upon layer of fine natural tannins and balance.

1x Escapade Vineyards Eden Valley Riesling 2022 - 11.50% Alc
The colour is brilliant vibrant pale green. On the nose floral, lemon and lime with blossom aromas followed by crisp apple and quartz. Intensely flavoured lemon and lime characters on the front palate whilst crisp apple, grapefruit and wonderful natural fruit acidity provide the backbone to a beautifully textural mouth feel.

Lifted and fruit forward aromas that follow through to the palate with a very fine and creamy palate. Subtle oak sits in the background to compliment and add complexity.

2x Fortunate Land Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2022 - 12% Alc
The wine shows fresh and vibrant grapefruit notes that linger on. White peach and pear characters are supported by passion-fruit and citrus notes. This wine is well-balanced between fresh natural acidity and upfront fruit characters. The style is clean and dry, resulting in a crisp and refreshing finish.

1x Normans Peacock McLaren Vale Shiraz Cabernet 2016 - 15% Alc
Deep dark red colour, the bouquet of dark fruit and dried herbs and earth on the nose with hints of mocha and chocolate. The palate is full of soft dark fruit flavours when allowed to breathe, there is a natural earth character to the wine reminiscent of a Southern Rhone style blend. Blackberry, and blackcurrant in highly concentrated amounts, dark plum, liquorice all provide an opulent yet not overpowering feel. Spicy vanillin cedar, subtle earthy tobacco character and a touch of pepper.
